See how each company is found on Google and in AI answers. Then get it fixed.

Every week the hub measures each company: Search Console, GA4, PageSpeed, a site audit, your tracked searches and whether ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google's AI Overview cite you. Your marketing bot turns that into a ranked list and drafts, and you approve what goes live.

What the hub measures

Search Console

Clicks, impressions and position, 12 weeks of true weekly totals, and the searches close to page 1.

GA4

Visits by channel, landing pages and enquiries (key events).

PageSpeed

Core Web Vitals and scores for the pages that matter.

Site audit

Up to 60 pages scored for search, AI answers and content, with the fix for each.

Tracked searches

Your positions for the searches you choose, and the sites above you.

AI answers

Your questions asked on four AI engines each month: cited, mentioned or not, and who is cited instead.

AI search (GEO): are you the answer?

People now ask an AI before they search. The hub asks your customers' questions on each engine and shows where you are cited, where a competitor is, and what on your site to change.

The most useful list: close to page 1

Searches where a page already shows at positions 4 to 20 with real impressions. A small fix moves them onto page 1, so they come first on the bot's list.

From numbers to work, with you in charge

  1. 1MeasureThe hub syncs every company weekly, or now, with one button.
  2. 2RankRecommendations are scored by impact, confidence and effort.
  3. 3DraftYour bot writes the page fixes, blogs, FAQs and posts.
  4. 4ApproveNothing goes live until you, or your client, approve it.
  5. 5ReportThe monthly report shows what moved and what's next.

Paid lookups, with a cap you set

Rank checks and AI answer checks cost money at the data provider. The hub reserves the cost before each call, so a cap can't be passed. You set a monthly cap for the account, an allowance per company and a separate allowance for bots, you're warned at 80%, and asking the same thing within 7 days is free.

Prompts ready for any assistant

Each company has jobs: the weekly review, new marketing from the data, next month's social, the client report, keyword research. Each one is a ready prompt for an assistant with MCP, or with plain REST calls. If a scheduled bot is lost, the job waits in Needs you with the prompt.

A report your client reads

The most important numbers first: the number strip, what to do next, search, AI answers, what was done. Colour-coded, printable, shared as a link you can revoke. Internal notes and unapproved competitors stay out of the client view.

Questions people ask

Do I need to connect Google or DataForSEO in my AI assistant?

No. The hub holds the keys and calls them itself, per company and within the budget. Any assistant with the hub connector gets the data without extra keys.

Which AI engines does it check?

ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google's AI Overview, with the questions you choose for each company.

How often is the data updated?

Weekly by default, with a per-company switch for each part. You can refresh one company at any time.

Can my client see it?

Yes, through a report link or a PDF. The client view hides internal notes and competitors you haven't approved.
