What we keep. Accounts (email, name, mobile), the structure you build (businesses, bots, rules, channels), the contact directory you enter, and the conversation copies your channels forward to us.

Where. In the UK South region on Microsoft Azure. Files are in private storage and served only through signed links.

Passwords and card numbers are never stored for bots or third parties; the hub records only which account holds access.

Your control. Export any member as a structure pack and delete data from the portal.
